3 stars only because of timing and consistency. You could be here 30 minutes or 3 hours, there's no telling. I usually clear my whole day when I have to bring my kids in. But on the plus side, they are all always incredibly kind and patient. They can get you in same day with emergencies, and they don't mind you being late.

I have been taking my daughter here for 13 years and we have never had any problems with anyone or anything until this past Tuesday 2/24/26. We get there and the front desk lady Kori says your appointment isn’t until next month on the 24th. I said no ma’am my appointment was originally on 2/17/26 and I called on 2/5/26 to reschedule and the girl asked if we could come today (2/24/26) at this time so we’re here. Kori says well I’m looking at the appointment history and it’s not today so I don’t know what you want me to do (rudely). I told her that every time they make the appointments I put it in my calendar right then and there on the spot so I don’t forget and furthermore I also got the text message reminder of the appointment for 2/24/26. Kori says I’m not going to argue with you (but the whole time I’m calm) I told Kori I’m not arguing maybe you are, I’m just letting you know that the appointment was rescheduled for today. Kori lies in my face and says I didn’t say you were arguing I said you were trying to argue 😳 now I and my daughter heard her say I’m not going to argue with you then she tried to lie about it. Then she says do you want me to go get my manager I said yes pleas

I have been coming for the last 20 years and Doctor Hall has been so kind and nice to the children through out all these years. And now Kimberly her asistent shows care for them.as well. Thank you to all the staff. You are doing a great job.

The dentists themselves are very professional and kind. They do their job well and make each visit go smoothly, which I truly appreciate. However, I can only give 3 stars because the front desk staff consistently show attitude. As a guardian bringing in a patient, it feels like we’re inconveniencing them just by checking in, which is not the kind of atmosphere patients should walk into. Everyone has tough days at work, but showing that frustration toward patients is unprofessional. The front desk is the first impression of any office, and this area really needs improvement.

I came in today as an emergency and was attended super great. Everything was explained with details and had so much patience with my son even though he did amazing! Irma and doctor Epps were amazing and are amazing at what they do. Irma spoke to my son in a peaceful way to calm my son’s nerves and doctor Epps was super nice to him and spoke to him through the whole process. Thanks again for the amazing team work this dentist have.
